Jeff (J.D.) Davids

Jeff (J.D.) Davids has over 20 years of progressive leadership roles in accounting, finance, operations, strategic planning and business development. He has deep experience with venture capital backed companies as CFO and COO in all phases of company growth. He has participated in over $1 billion in completed M&A, IPO and venture capital financing transactions. Most recently, J.D. worked with Chromatin, a company that licenses its gene stacking technology to Monsanto, Syngenta, Bayer CropScience and Dow AgroSciences. He also served on the management teams of VMix Media, Daycom Systems (sold to Carousel), Organic Online (IPO, then sale to Omnicom), Deal Management Systems, and DH Technology (IPO, then sale to Axiohm). J.D. started his career as a CPA at KPMG Peat Marwick and served four years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated Cum Laude with University Honors from The Ohio State University.
