Martin Yanofsky, PhD

Dr. Martin Yanofsky’s expertise covers molecular genetics of fruit and flower development, plant transformation and genetic engineering.  At UCSD, he has patented and licensed more than 20 inventions relating to flower and fruit development. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences.
