Paul Dickerson

Paul Dickerson has over 16 years working with accounting, law and public policy. Currently Mr. Dickerson is a partner with Haynes Boone, LLP an international corporate law firm with offices around the world which specializes in providing a full spectrum of services. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) in the US Department of Energy where he was responsible for a $1.74 billion budget and over 1,000 employees and contractors. The EERE funds research and deployment of new energy technology, including biofuel. Prior to that position, he was Chief of Staff, Trade Promotion and U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service for the Department of Commerce, protecting US commercial interests abroad. He is a CPA and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from South Texas College of Law.
